„Application of photogrammetry to judicial expertise“ was the topic of a workshop and 47thmeeting of Prague photogrammetrists and members of SPRS with experts of the Institute for Judicial Expertise at the Faculty of Transportation of the Czech Technical University in Prague, organized on May 15, 2015.

Functions of the Institute were presented by assoc. prof. Tomáš Mičuněk, Ph.D. Activities of the Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (SPRS) including preparations of the XXIIIrd Congress of ISPRS in Prague, 2016 were presented by assoc.prof. Lena Halounová, Ph.D., president of the SPRS.

Then 3 lectures were presented:

• Zdeněk Svatý, MSc. : „Application of photogrammetry to judicial expertise“
• Luboš Nouzovský, MSc. : Measurements of riding dynymics of a cyclist“
• Kateřina Mičunková , MSc., Bc. : „Methods for non-contact mearuring of road surface“

Living discussion followed after presentation of each lecture.
